Made in the USA and Female owned/run clean beauty. Simple packaging. For the price point I wasn’t expecting a cheap feeling plastic container but okay, the moisturizer is a watery light green color more like an oil than a serum, absorbs in very quickly. Another review said it smelled strongly floral so I was bracing myself but it actually smells more herbaceous and green then flowery which I don’t find over powering. It definitely is lightweight and is not a nighttime moisturizer.

This daytime moisturizer is described as "silky" and it does indeed feel very silky when applied to my face. It is borderline greasy and needs a while to absorb. It left a residue for a while but I let it sit for about a hour before applying makeup and I had no issues. It does not "melt" off or irritate my eyes by the end of the day like so many lotions do. I live in a very hot climate where we are having a brutal summer right now, and this stayed on even in sun and with perspiration. It does a pretty good job of moisturizing, not as well as others I've tried, but since it stays put in the heat this is my go-to day cream for the summer. A little product goes a LONG way! Use this sparingly. If you use too much, it will feel heavy and oily. One pump almost covers my face entirely; I use a second tiny pump for full coverage. The lotion has a kind of earthy food smell that is not my favorite; it smells like something I'd have in my pantry for seasoning food rather than a woodsy or floral scent that I typically prefer. The other drawback besides the smell would be the price - this is VERY expensive and I'm not sure I would spend this much for a day cream.
