Having reached my late 40s, I now have issues that include enlarged pores and dull-looking skin which is why this product interested me.MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT1. It comes in 1 ounce. While I do see some serums that contain 1 ounce, some contain more.2. I like that this works using a pump so it’s easier to dispense compared to droppers.3. I pump about 2 to 3 times and I find them enough to cover my face and neck area.4. I do have sensitive skin and while I tend to lean towards the dry side, I do have areas where they’re more oily. I was concerned about tightening on the drier parts of my face, but I don’t feel any skin tightening after massaging the product onto my face and neck.5. There is a faint scent which I think is a bit floral. It’s not overwhelming at all and it’s not a bad scent.6. After massaging the product on my face and neck, the serum absorbs very fast. It also glides very easily on my skin, even though it’s more water-based. It doesn’t feel oily at all. This can definitely be used under makeup.7. Whenever I use this product, I feel like my skin is hydrated when combined with my moisturizer.8. The formulation is gentle enough for me that I can use it twice a day. I haven’t tested its calming properties yet because my skin at the moment is not irritated.OVERALL IMPRESSION: I think that this serum is quite hydrating even for me that has combination skin. I cannot comment on its effect on my pores yet because I just started using this, so I’m not sure yet whether it’s cost-effective and worth its value.

I like this essence a lot. It does have a fairly strong herbal scent, which I think is delightful, but is something to consider for people who prefer unscented products. The essence is a clear gel which absorbs very quickly. I think it has interesting ingredients, and the Hyaluronic Acid can plump up the skin (just make sure to apply to damp skin, and put a moisturizer on top, and avoid using in super dry climates). I don't think I can use this as a moisturizer by itself, but it layers well with my products. I don't believe that it is really going to build collagen, and I wish companies wouldn't make these claims. It says "herbal extracts promote collagen production and restore skin elasticity, offering visible anti-aging benefits." I haven't noticed this, although if it were going to happen, it would probably take a few months. That said, I like the product a lot, and will continue to incorporate it. I do find it fairly expensive, but only a few drops of essence are needed so it will last a long time.

The Super Herb Essence sells like an herb garden! It is an oil base and very runny so when I apply it I put it in the palm of my hand and apply it with the tips of my fingers. I use 3 pumps to cover my face and neck. It feels nice and absorbs quickly with no serum residual left behind. ItThis is a nice serum and it is very hydrating. It leaves my skin feeling very soft, even when I have used this as the only product. When I use new face products for the first time I use it as the only product in order to see how it feels and works so I can review just this product.Made in the USA

A little goes a long way—I can moisturize my debited face with just one pump, so this is sure to last for a long time to come. I appreciate that the moisturizer includes key plant-based nutrients and minerals to boost skin health, including chrysanthemum, honeysuckle, and brown seaweed. The texture is lightweight yet smooth and silky. At first glance, I thought the price looked a bit high, but this is a quality product with natural ingredients and I believe it’s well worth the cost. The instructions recommend applying before an additional layer of serum or moisturizer, but I feel the product works well on its own and I didn’t need any additional products after using this each morning.
